License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use dolfinspeak on your devices. The app is free to download; local transcription works without an account.

Subscriptions and billing

Cloud-powered features require an active subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the customer portal, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use dolfinspeak to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Transcription and AI-generated output may contain errors — review important results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dolfinspeak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
